In today’s world – loyalty and longevity are highly valued qualities because there seems to be so little of it by employers & employees alike.
Today we celebrate 13 years of service by Tag Media + Inks very own Sheri Bamrick. Sheri and her family were neighbors of our owners – Dodie & Steve Bell – some 15 years ago. Due to the increase in the Bell’s Business at the time, the Bell’s asked Sheri if she would be willing to come to the office 1 or 2 days a week “just to file”. There never was a formal interview or application process; just a quick agreement by a couple of neighbors that this might just work for both parties. We both agreed that we would see how it went!
And here we are today, 13 years later! Over those many years – Sheri and other long time employees – have endured three company name changes, 1 failed merger and subsequent “divorce” and separation of the Bell’s old business partner, to today where we work together at Tag Media + Ink.
Sheri has proven to be a huge asset to Tag Media + Ink over the years. She progressed very quickly – well beyond filing – to becoming our most seasoned Account Manager! Her daily responsibilities include: interacting with clients, vendors, & other business partners to assure that our clients orders are handled properly and that they receive their product in the most cost effective and timely means possible.
Over the years – Sheri has gained the trust of her clients, vendors and team members at Tag Media because of her desire to perform her daily tasks with excellence. Sheri thinks & cares about the business and her clients like an owner would.
Sheri regularly goes well beyond what is expected and follows through with pinpoint accuracy. In short, Sheri’s clients and teammates love working with her! Sheri’s warm & caring personality puts people at ease and once their trust is gained – they begin to see Sheri as more of a friend than business associate.
When asked the secret of Tag Media + Ink’s success – it is always an easy answer. The secret is no secret at all – it is our people! Our team is not perfect, and never will be, but they all do their work striving for excellence because they all care. They care about the quality of their work, they care about their clients, vendor relationships and their co-workers.
